How course access works.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What do I get with monthly access?

You get month‑to‑month access to eligible courses in the LearnSquad catalogue while your access is active.

How often will I be billed?

Monthly. Review the exact amount and scheduled debit dates shown for your account before confirming checkout. Development billing remains inactive while final requirements are confirmed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, it’s month‑to‑month with no long contracts.

When does cancellation take effect?

After cancellation is confirmed, future renewals stop. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling during a trial ends trial access immediately.

Can I study more than two courses at once?

You can have up to two active courses at a time, with at most two enrolments in any 12-hour period.

Can I unenrol from a course?

Yes, once at least 12 hours have passed since enrolment.

Can I re-enrol in a course after leaving it?

Wait 30 days before rejoining the same unfinished course. The redesign policy allows resuming within 12 months of losing course access; afterwards unfinished courses restart. Completed-course and certificate records are retained. Completed courses cannot be completed again.

Where do I study, on LearnSquad?

LearnSquad manages access. Learning takes place on the partner college platform for your chosen course.

Who issues my certificate?

Certificates (where applicable) are issued by the partner college, not LearnSquad or Randgo.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card details are captured on PayFast‑hosted pages. LearnSquad does not store your full card number or CVV.

What if my payment fails?

PayFast manages automatic payment retries. Learning access continues for 48 hours after the first confirmed failed payment, then pauses if payment remains unpaid. PayFast may continue collecting after access pauses; further attempts do not extend access. LearnSquad does not run an additional collection-retry cycle. Development billing remains inactive.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are reviewed manually by LearnSquad support. You may be eligible within 7 days of your subscription payment if you have not started a course or assessment or redeemed any LearnSquad incentives. A discretionary pro-rata refund may also be considered for unresolved technical issues during an active subscription. An approved refund cancels the subscription and suspends subscription access immediately, and is returned to the original payment method only. Disputed requests are escalated to senior support within 2 business days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Who do I contact for help?

For billing/access help, contact LearnSquad support. For course content, assessments, or academic support, contact the partner college responsible for your course.
